Express24 can help arrange cargo insurance options for eligible pallet shipments. Insurance availability, coverage and price are confirmed individually before shipment.
Insurance may cover physical loss or damage during transport, subject to the declared value, packing quality, cargo type, route, carrier conditions and policy exclusions.
The customer must provide accurate cargo description, value, photos if requested, packing details and supporting documents. Fragile, prohibited, incorrectly packed or undocumented goods may be excluded from coverage.
In case of visible damage, note it immediately on the delivery document, take photos of the packaging and goods, keep all packaging materials and contact Express24 as soon as possible at info@express24.ee.
